Andy Newman - Managing Partner

Leading our team of management professionals and artisan builders, Andy brings almost a decade of experience in the construction industry managing both commercial and residential projects totaling over $220 million in value and 2.7 million square feet. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga & The University of Arizona, Andy holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics & a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. Andy has studied under and is now proud to continue the legacy of Trish Neal and Kent Brown (formerly Trent Homes) and their combined 60+ years of artisan custom home building in Huntsville and all of North Alabama.

Outside of work you can find Andy spending time with his #1 support team: his Wife Mary Morgan and their growing family. They enjoy all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, boating, and chasing their two young boys around.
